The Rest and Reset Myofunctional Therapy program

What we can help with...

Kids and Adults

Mouth Breathing

Chronic mouth breathing can lead to various health problems including underdevelopment of the facial muscles and bones (jaws) affecting our airways. Chronically congested or have allergies - mouth breathing could be to blame.

Kids

Noxious Oral Habits

Noxious oral habits are
learned behaviors that negatively impact oral and facial development, dental alignment, and overall health.
These habits include thumb sucking,
nail biting, and excessive
pacifier use - causing issues with teeth and jaw development.

Kids and Adults

Tongue Thrust

Tongue thrusting, also known as orofacial myofunctional disorder, involves the tongue pushing against or between the teeth during activities like swallowing or speaking. Even after orthodontics it can create issues. We can help!

Kids and Adults

Airway Issues and Sleep disordered breathing

Do you or your child snore? Have you been told you child has enlarged tonsils? Or wake up with a dry mouth or still feel tired after a restful night of sleep? We can help!

Kids and Adults

TMJD

Myofunctional therapy can address issues such as muscle imbalances and functional problems like poor tongue posture or incorrect swallowing patterns that can contribute to TMJ dysfunction

Kids

Picky eating

Myofunctional therapy helps children develop better oral motor skills, such as strengthening the tongue and facial muscles, which can improve their ability to chew and manipulate different food textures - your picky eater might not be to blame - it could be their tongue!

Adults

Head and Neck Tension

Tried everything to help with your chronic migraines and head/neck tension. A tongue tie or oral dysfunction could be to blame. See if myofunctional therapy is right for you!

Adults and Kids

Chronic Nasal Congestion

Do you or your child have a chronic stuffy nose? Even when its not allergies? We can help!

Introducing

The Rest & Reset Myofunctional Therapy Program

A guided program designed to:

- Improve nasal breathing

- Establish proper tongue posture

- Normalize oral rest posture

- Support better sleep and daytime function

This program focuses on long-term change, not quick fixes.

How the Program Works

1️⃣ Comprehensive Assessment

We begin with a detailed evaluation of oral posture,

breathing patterns, muscle function,

and habits. This session is $250 and non refundable

but applied to the total cost of the program when you choose to move forward.

2️⃣ Personalized Therapy Plan

You’ll receive a customized plan with targeted exercises

and education specific to your needs.

The price of the rest and reset also include any

adds/ products that we feel will help with your success.

We will meet virtually once a week for 8 weeks.

3️⃣ Guided Support & Progression

Through structured sessions and ongoing support,

we retrain the muscles and patterns that

impact rest, breathing, and function.

4️⃣ Integration for Life

Although I love my clients, the goal is sustainable

improvement — habits that become automatic,

not something you have to “think about” forever.

And by giving you the education and tools

that you need to be successful, these habits will not

require treatment/ guidance forever.

Who This Program Is For:

Children with oral habits, mouth breathing, or airway concerns
Adults struggling with poor sleep or jaw tension
Families seeking a non-invasive, functional approach
Individuals preparing for or following tongue-tie release
Anyone ready to address the root cause — not just symptoms

Why Myofunctional Therapy?

Because the way we breathe, rest, and hold our tongue affects:

- Airway development

- Facial growth

- Sleep quality

- Oral health

Overall nervous system regulation

When oral function improves, everything else often follows.

What Makes This Program Different

✨ Evidence-based therapy
✨ Clear structure (no guesswork)
✨ Supportive, realistic approach
✨ Focus on rest, not perfection

This is not about doing exercises “forever.”

It’s about teaching the body how to return to rest on its own.
